Living Life In The Word Lesson 10: 1 Timothy 1: 1-17

Theme Scripture: 1 Timothy 1: 1-17 "Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope; Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord. As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, and I went into Macedonia, that thou mightiest charge some that they teach no other doctrine, Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do. Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned: From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling; Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm. But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly...

Living Life In The Word Lesson 9: Don't Worry About It (Part 4)

Theme Scripture: Psalms 37: 10-11 "For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace."   Today, we are going to conclude our lesson series entitled "Don't Worry About It". I pray that this lesson was a blessing to you as it was to me.    Sometimes the wicked seem to have their way. Everywhere you look, the wicked are springing up like weeds. It seems like they are taking over. They try to make you frightened and try to exert power over you. Nevertheless, God is telling us not to worry about that because in a little while, the wicked shall not exist. They shall be extinct because one day Jesus Christ is going to come and destroy the wicked with the Sword of his mouth (a.k.a. the Word of God)! Hallelujah! The wicked will be utterly destroyed! Don't worry about how people aren't treating you...
